As organizations take in powerful new tools like Activity Stream, people and processes often need to be supported in order to make the most of it.

Bringing in a consultant can be a great way to facilitate adoption and anchoring. To this end we’re now setting up collaborations with many of the leading industry consultants that will be certified in the Activity Stream service, making it easy for new clients to pick a trusted partner.

Activity Stream has, in collaboration with a few select consultants, developed a pre-defined onboarding package for new clients, consisting of 6 sessions looking at quick wins, customer and marketing excellence as well as how to best ensure adoption. Clients and consultants are free to set up custom engagements reflecting their existing relationships, but the package makes it easy to get going, quickly.

One of the first consultants to sign up is Dave Wakeman, who works with a large number of organizations around the world, looking at how to improve business through new revenue streams, customer experience, and marketing excellence. About his motivation for signing up, Dave explains:
