Role Overview
Activity Stream is seeking an energetic and motivated Account Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities within the live entertainment, ticketing, and arts verticals. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a deep understanding of the live entertainment industry, has a proven track record in SaaS and/or technology sales, and possesses the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
What will you be doing?
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads through collaborating with business development on proactive outreach and networking.
- Engaging with prospects to understand their unique needs and present tailored solutions that highlight the value of Activity Stream’s platform.
- Conducting product demonstrations, sales presentations, and contract negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with a focus on the live entertainment, ticketing, or visitor experience industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Strong consultative selling skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot or similar) and G-Suite; familiarity with other sales tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

As we continue to expand our North American presence, we’re seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our US team. This is a remote position open to qualified individuals passionate about live events, arts and culture, and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with live events professionals, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Qualify leads through impactful discovery calls, gaining deeper insights into organizational requirements.
- Manage outbound sales campaigns via emails, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Contribute to our CRM system, adding, updating, and sourcing information to grow your pipeline.
- Maintain a strong product knowledge and continuously develop an understanding of our offerings and market positioning.
- Occasional travel (10%) to relevant conferences and industry events.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of business development, telefundraising, or box office experience.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting targets.
- Strong curiosity and a willingness to understand new concepts with an always learning mentality.
- Genuine desire to engage with people in the live entertainment/arts and culture industry.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed as part of a high-performing remote team.
- Experience in theater, live entertainment, or a strong passion for these fields is preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems, ESPs, or analytics platforms is a plus.

Activity Stream is seeking a Broadway Marketing Analyst to support our Broadway clients, primarily the prominent Shubert Organization, which owns and operates 17 theaters on Broadway.
The purpose of this role is to help our clients, including Broadway shows and producers, execute effective marketing programs and understand trends and patterns in customer, sales, and marketing data.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Broadway clients and coverage at high demand periods, assisting with digital campaign builds and reporting.
- Build, schedule, and execute email campaigns. Create templates, coordinate with clients for review, ensuring accuracy and consistency across sends, applying email best practices with an eye for design.
- Assist with building custom websites using our low-code/no-code solution, including setting up page structures and templates, organizing and implementing content updates, supporting ongoing maintenance and basic front-end troubleshooting, working with external partners on page creation and updates, and ensuring consistency with brand standards.
- Understand and apply targeting goals set by Broadway clients at key points of each show’s lifecycle
- Utilize existing audience data, SAM (our AI analytics assistant) or other LLMs to identify audiences that meet targeting goals
- Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns (predominantly through UTM and Server Side Tracking via CAPI etc.)
- Track and report on campaign and marketing KPIs, including leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement
- Utilize Activity Stream’s marketing software and other common marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.) to analyze customer, sales, and marketing data for Broadway clients.
- Analyze benchmarking data for Broadway shows
- Recommend optimizations to enhance marketing efficiency
- Collaborate with our internal product team to improve our marketing tools to support promotional projects (e.g., automation, content consumption, social media, scheduling) for Broadway shows
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in analytical tools for marketing, e.g. Google Analytics
- Experience with paid media campaigns
- Understanding of email bast practices, with some HTML expertise. Organization, a high
- standard of quality and visual polish are important.
- Knowledge of the entertainment / ticketing industry and specifically Broadway is a big bonus
- Experience with or interest in learning LLM engineering
- Strong analytical abilities
- Ability to experiment – and learn – new systems; comfort with adapting to legacy technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or relevant field) and/or equivalent experience
