Activity Stream Expands Office To The U.S.
In the past year, it has become apparent that the live entertainment industry is seeing a strong need for data insights to navigate the reopening and to assist with marketing and communication efforts, such as understanding customer demographics and behavior. There appears to be a sense of increased awareness, especially in regards to expanding and growing audiences and ensuring good communication with current ones.
In order to achieve this, it starts from reflecting on current services, establishing deeper connections with organizations, understanding their needs, and providing the necessary tools in order for them to create a successful event.
For Activity Stream, our focus has been on just that, connecting with partners, clients and many more, while working towards polishing our services and helping organizations prepare for reopening. There have been many exciting additions towards this: a new platform, a new website and the launch of Activate, the email campaign tool.
Due to this, we have seen a significant amount of growth - both internally and externally - especially in the U.S. market. Through insightful partnerships, for example with the Shubert Organization in New York and AXS in California, Activity Stream has grown closer in understanding the top priorities for American organizations. Now, from creating a partnership with NLiven and signing venues like T-mobile Arena, Target Center - as well as many others - it has revealed that there is huge potential in the U.S. for Activity Stream, as well as an increased need for more effortless access to communication and marketing tools.
Therefore, we are so excited to announce the opening of a U.S. office in New York in Fall 2021!
Starting in September, our CEO Einar Sævarsson will relocate to the U.S. expanding the sales and customer success team. This means that it will be much easier for the AS team to connect with the U.S. market and with organizations to help them understand their data and their audiences through marketing and communication tools.
“I’m extremely excited to be launching this next chapter for the company,” says CEO Einar Sævarsson, “We have seen very significant growth in the US over the last 12 months, and it feels like a natural next step for the company to set up a presence closer to our clients, our US partners and further build on the growth and very strong interest we are seeing. I can’t wait to see where this takes us!”
The strategy for our expansion involves a hyper-focus on operational excellence and creating - and sustaining - strong relations with customers. The current offices in Belgrade, Copenhagen and Reykjavik will remain and continue to communicate with one another overseas.
