Konzerthaus Berlin to boost their audience insights
The beautiful Konzerthaus Berlin offers you a wide-ranging program with over 600 events per season, from symphony concerts to chamber music, from musical theater productions to special children’s concerts, from classical to contemporary music.
About 100 concerts per season are performed by the Konzerthausorchester Berlin which has the residency at this famous building. Together with Chief Conductor Christoph Eschenbach, Honorary Conductor Iván Fischer, Principle Guest Conductor Juraj Valčuha and renowned international soloists Konzerthausorchester Berlin regularly inspire its audience – including about 12.000 subscribers – also with new concert formats, as well as with unusual and exciting projects.

To accomplish their long term goal of increased relevancy and thereby improving customer loyalty, they have put together a task force and created a phased plan for how to better understand, segment and “meet” their audiences. To assist this group in their work, Activity Stream will provide tools and visualizations to quickly answer the questions that are key to understanding their current situation and further building the strategy.
Sascha Wilczek, from the Konzerthaus marketing team, explains: “It’s such an important project, and to succeed we need to build on strong tools and technologies. We have a lot of insights into our sales and campaigns, but linking it to our customers will be key for our success – and Activity Stream offers a very detailed, yet an intuitive way for us to do this.”
Over the coming months, Activity Stream will assist Konzerthaus Berlin in examining customer patterns and then start tracking sales and marketing to help the team track their initiatives and monitor how the strategy performs.
