Part 1

Pre sales communication to set up your ticket data and all add-ons that you have selected (GA, Shopify, Email, etc.)
Our team will guide you trough the steps to ensure a smooth setup phase. A usual setup takes between 4-8 weeks.

Part 2

Once we are all set, we start the onboarding sessions,
where various departments will get personalized trainings sessions that will cover the areas most relevant for them.
A usual training session covers the essentials and basics, but also showcases how to utilize the time you use on reports,
how to increase marketing productivity and simply understand your customers even better.

Part 3

Now that you are fully integrated into the platform you have our here to support you and guide you trough the marketing efforts.
And not to worry, we will keep sending tips and tricks along the way.
